E-File, Print & Mail

We've worked hard to make our e-filing service the smart alternative to paper forms and installed software. efileACAforms offers a robust combination of features for an unparalleled online filing experience.

Upon completing your forms, you will select either, "E-File Only", "E-File, Print & Mail" or "Print & Mail Only". If you select "E-File Only", your form(s) will be e-filed with the IRS but copies will NOT be sent to your recipients. You are responsible for making sure recipients receive their copies. If you select "Print & Mail Only", your form(s) will be sent to your recipients but not filed with the IRS; that is your responsibility. If you select "E-File, Print & Mail", your forms will be e-filed with the IRS and sent to your recipients.

Recipient copies are mailed first-class within 2-3 days of receiving your order. The U.S. Postal Service typically delivers first-class mail within 7-10 days. So most recipient copies should be delivered within ten days of the order date; however, we cannot guarantee postal delivery times. In the meantime, you can print your completed forms any time by logging in and navigating to your Filed Forms page.

Throughout the tax season, we e-file with the IRS several times a day. Transmittal and transmittal form 1094-B will be automatically created and submitted with your filings.

If you provide your employees' e-mail addresses, we will give them the option to access their forms immediately via a secure online link. Employees who choose not to use the online option will have their forms automatically mailed, unless you select E-File Only, in which case recipient copies are not included.

We provide email communication and confirmations:

After your forms have been filed, your data is stored on our secure servers. This gives you access to view or print PDF copies of your forms at any time, for four years after filing.

Pricing information can be found on the Forms & Fees page.
