If you have many forms to file at once, consider using our upload option:

Option: Excel Template – you can download our Excel template to simplify your data entry. Our template provides predefined columns for all the required employee data. This allows you to copy and paste data from multiple sources or systems, or simply fill in the fields directly before uploading into efileACAforms.com.

To download the Excel template, just register or log in and click the View Import Options button from the dashboard.
